This DR's office is like a meat market. They over book appts and when you do get in you still wait forever in the appt room. Then later if you call in and leave a message for the nurse you never get a call back. This has happened twice to me so I am now changing my DR. They obviously do not care about customer service or their patients only about how much money they can make by over booking appointments.

That Wellington office is closed as of Nov 2009. We have reorganized at our new patient-oriented office in Royal Palm Beach. Those providers no longer work at our facility.
